Keeping Real! (LINK)

Hello everyone!
Today I am going to talk with you about keeping your life real. I am referring to "real" as a being honest, taking stock of your goals and ideas.
It is so easy to set your goals too high. Then you face the reality of crash and burn. Sometimes you need to start out as a ground-dweller such as worm, watch the world, study the moves and move up to the eagle stage as you grow.
Our freelance lives are like our lives as a baby. Learning to walk was no easy feat, as there are so many times, you got knocked down, tripped, skinned your knee and cried. As time went on you learned to master the basics and before you knew it, were running!
Keep your life real! Live your life as you would have it, ok, even if you are like me and building it from scratch. I have been around a lovely garden of roses, been pricked, stung and cried from the thorns. Seeing the ideas grow into reality is sheer magic.
Dedication and perseverance are so important. I have learnt one important rule.. never give up on yourself, or no matter what you do, it won't work! Keep real - you are the engine, designer, the farmer, the tiller and so much more.
That's my two cents worth on this cool Australian morning.
Have a great day and thank you for stopping by!
